No question, “Annoya” is A pain in the “arse.” She is an avian of sorts who used to spend her time flying away from home. To the great disappointment of her care givers she kept returning, until one day she alighted on the head of the soft barking, venerable Biggie, who hasn’t had the heart to make her leave the permanent perch on his noggin. This bird’s behavior definitely borders on the “sociopathic” side of the equation. Ironically this pattern of eccentric behavior can thrive in DOGiCITY
