Are these characters really experts? Cal says that he wrote a treatise on “Heavy Petting causes baldness in Chihuahuas” If there was ever a signal for mothers of Chihuahua puppies everywhere to be alarmed, it would be now! As far as “Blue Dawg” is concerned, it seems like he is always blue. I guess he has a valid complaint. How would any of us like to be blue? or green for that matter? And of course, Lulu takes it all in stride as if all of this drama was normal. But I guess that this might even be normal for the residents of “www.dogicity.net” and willing participants in the madness that prevails at “www.canincartooons.com” after all this is “Satire that has gone to the Dogs”
